- DIY Video of Betty Crocker Product video Campaign:  

The reasoning to this is because it will allow individuals to see what you are capable to do with different areas of the companies products.

- Using Facebook:

The reasoning will be to have a Facebook Page that promotes what the products look like, and creative things that you can do with their products

- Using Youtube: 

The reasoning would be to have a video of “everyday people” promoting products that they feel are good to use, and giving feedback of how they feel about the specific product itself.

- Using Pinterest: 

For individuals who are looking for creative step-by-steps of what you can do with the product and allowing them to show photos of what to do(similar to a DIY video)

- Using visuals:

The header photo/picture. Use the same cover photo for different SM pages, for the same branding. If follows the brand, so it keeps people aware that this is a campaign.

-Using everyday people in the video: 

This allows people to see what other people have to say about the product. 

- Filming the video in someones home:

You will be at home in a kitchen, so it only makes sense to film at home!

- Use a slogan:

To attract people with these slogans to build interest. 

- Using guest speakers:

This will allow you to be able to be involved with individuals with common interest while having fun and also promoting your campaign. (Ect, having “My Drunk Kitchen” guest-star)

- Using Twitter: 

Use the same reasoning as Pinterest, but also to link individuals with the same common interest . 

Objectives:

1. Increase audience enagement through Facebook to 1000 by June 1, 2015

2. Increase views on YouTube Channel by 50% by January, 2015

3. Increase number of retweets and @replies on Twitter by 20% by September, 30, 2015

4. Increase web site traffic from Facebook by 20% by September 30, 2015

5. Increase website traffic by 20% by November 1, 2015.

The reason for this selection is for individuals who are still very busy but all for those who may be coming to an end of their parenthood as their children are most likely coming to the age of 15-18, where they are starting to have the capability of doing stuff for themselves.

Where do you think mobile technology is going?

I think that mobile technology is going to advance very quickly, it could very easily take over the use of computers and laptops and we could all just rely on our smart phones or whatever new technology may come in the future. For example with smart watches and everything we always have the technology with us so it makes it more beneficial then being on a laptop

Blog assignment 

My suggestions on how to better his company would be:

1. To make a Facebook page so that people know you are starting a business. 
2. to make a twitter page so that people on twitter can see your new business.
3. You could make a website just for your business and you could link this to your Facebook and twitter. 
4. You can take photos of everything you have done and post them on your website and social media sites. 
5. Make sure you are targeting the right people with what you post.

How has twitter impacted modern day communications?

Twitter has made it easier to spread news all around the world within seconds. an example of this would be the shooting in ottawa, the news was spread within seconds. Twitter also makes it easier to connect with people wherever they are. twitter is mainly used for business purposes, it makes it easy to promote your business and spread awareness and advertise your company quickly.

How has social media changed our society

Social media has changed our society in many ways, in todays society we are able to see what is going on all around with world within seconds just by using social media. Before social media it was a lot harder to connect and stay connected with people especially if they were across the world, today we can easily pick up our phones ans text someone down the street or in a different country. Social media has changed society for the better, we are able t connect but it also helps to spread information fast. Social media helps us know whats going on in the world within seconds of it happening. Social media has also changed society in ways that aren't so good with social media comes cyber bullying, social media makes it easy for people to hide behind their computers and say what they want and it makes it easy to spread rumors fast. In conclusion social media has greatly impacted society in many ways.

When I am doing my work with out any distractions it goes a lot quicker as I am only focused on one thing and I don't lose my train of thought. I can work with distractions but the quality of my work is better when I am completely focused on just my work.

I think what felt more natural to me was multi tasking, I think this is because I am constantly multi tasking in my daily life so I do it when I am working as well. Multi tasking while doing work is natural for me because I am busy and I have a lot going on so I have to multi task a lot of the time so ill do my work as I am doing something else so that I can get it done cause I know I wont have time to di it later.

Multi tasking is an easy way to get a bunch of things done, I am able to focus on several things at once and still complete my tasks. I can go on tumblr, Facebook, watch TV, listen to music and still finish my home work or any other task.

Most Interesting thing discussed in class.

In my opinion the most interesting thing discussed in class was the fact that the internet started in 1969. I find this most interesting because it's amazing that it started that early and has been around this long. This also interested me because of how far we have come from then and how much more advanced and connected our work is because of the internet. internet back then doesn't even compare to what it is now, we've come a long way and it's unbelievable how much we rely on internet just in our every day lives.
