When I am doing my work with out any distractions it goes a lot quicker as I am only focused on one thing and I don't lose my train of thought. I can work with distractions but the quality of my work is better when I am completely focused on just my work.

I think what felt more natural to me was multi tasking, I think this is because I am constantly multi tasking in my daily life so I do it when I am working as well. Multi tasking while doing work is natural for me because I am busy and I have a lot going on so I have to multi task a lot of the time so ill do my work as I am doing something else so that I can get it done cause I know I wont have time to di it later.
